CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of your appointment time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 1 - 14 days of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours to your appointment time will receive no refund. When you register for an appointment, you agree to these terms.
If we cancel your appointment you will receive a full refund.
